Turkey Bagel Burger
I decided to use whole grain bagels instead of hamburger buns due to the fiber is higher. I love the texture of a bagel when it Is toasted so after splitting the bagel, I toasted it in the toaster. In a skillet on medium heat I added the turkey to cook after mixing the meat with the seasonings and forming a patty. After cooking the patty for 5 min each side I added the cheese on top to melt. I used the mashed avocado as a mayo replacement.
The lettuce, tomato and onion were placed on one side of the bun and on top I placed the patty. Then I thought what would make this burger shine as if its spring time. After placing the other half of the bagel on top, I added the burger to the heated pan and toasted each side, gently pressing down.
