Buying whip cream from the store you may end up with ingredients you really don’t need in your body. The typical ingredients in store bought whip cream are: WATER, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (COCONUT & PALM KERNEL OILS), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CORN SYRUP, SKIM MILK, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF LIGHT CREAM, SODIUM CASEINATE, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, XANTHAN AND GUAR GUMS, POLYSORBATE 60, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, SODIUM POLYPHOSPHATE, BETA CAROTENE (COLOR).

These ingredients such as, high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup are not natural choices. I like to know what I’m eating. In this recipe you only 3-4 ingredients depending if you want to make it into ice-cream or keep it as a whipped cream. Whipping cream, vanilla and honey are all you need with a mixer to make your own quick and easy whip cream. I added a pinch of salt when I wanted to freeze the mixture into an ice-cream texture. Try mixing in other additions such as nuts, seeds and chocolate to create a treat is low in sugar. I hope you give this a try and put your own unique twist on it.

All the best!!
