Weekends are when I like to make a big breakfast for my family. It’s a great start to the day by having your family sit down to a good breakfast after all the coming and going during the work/school week. One item that we love is pancakes but, in our family, we have a lot of eating styles going on. Low-sugar diet, low-complex carbohydrate diet, low cholesterol/sodium diet and a well-balanced diet are what my meal choices for my family must consider. “Almond Pancakes” fit the entire list.
The recipe is so easy it can easily transition from a breakfast meal to an anytime meal. All you need to do is take all the ingredients and combine in a bowl. Heat an oiled skillet and cook your pancakes for 1.5 to 2 minutes per side and that’s it. A quick meal for anytime or an addition to your family breakfast time.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out this recipe. I hope you get a chance to try it.
All the Best!
