Apple-Berry Spinach Salad
What I like was the flavor I got from letting the apples, berries and onions sit in the dressing. It brought out each flavor of each ingredient; the tartness from the granny smith apples, the sweetness from the berries and red onions. All this was poured over the spinach for absorption while being tossed.
You can place this salad in the fridge until serving time but not long I would want the spinach to welt. But, the longer it sits the more intense the flavor.
